- Analyse the Resolution plans, negotiate, and get the Resolution Plan approved.
- Objective- Provide the best possible resolution to the Financial and Operational Creditors.
- Monitoring of the Resolution Plan implementation.
- In case no Resolution is found, initiate Liquidation.
