Activities of Insolvency Professional

Manage day-to-day operations of the company as an Insolvency Professional (IP) under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), 2016, ensuring protection of cash flows and asset value during the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP).
Analyse the viability of the company and invite Resolution Plans from Prospective Resolution Applicants, in accordance with IBC Regulations & NCLT Procedures.
Analyse the Resolution Plans, conduct negotiations, and facilitate approval of the Resolution Plan by the Committee of Creditors (CoC) and the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT).
Objective – Provide the best possible resolution to the Financial Creditors and Operational Creditors, ensuring maximization of asset value under the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Framework.
Monitoring and supervision of Resolution Plan Implementation & Post-Approval Compliance.
In case no resolution is found, initiate the Corporate Liquidation Process under IBC, including appointment as Liquidator and Asset Realisation Management.

Other consultancy

Assistance in Fund Raising & Investor Advisory Services, including restructuring strategy during financial distress.
Advisory on Debt Restructuring & Corporate Debt Resolution Mechanisms.
Conducting the Voluntary Liquidation Process for Solvent Companies in compliance with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (Voluntary Liquidation Regulations).
